Graphic Designer(s)


  • Design logo, brand and collateral (program, business cards, postcards, posters, step and repeat, etc.)

  • Design marketing materials for web assets, including website and social media.


Collateral Traffic Coordinator

  • Research and maintain relationships with print and production vendors.

  • Delivers within budget requirements

  • Manage print scheduling, pick up, and delivery.

Social Media Coordinator(s)


  • Work with Marketing Director to identify social media voice

  • Plan social media content strategy to expand online reach and engage our community

  • Post, monitor, and analyze social media content

  • Give bi-weekly social media status reports to core team


Website Coordinator


  • Ensure website functionality and perform updates

  • Monitor, assess, and report on website performance

  • Develop and update website content




Programming Coordinator


  • Coordinate program selection and program naming

  • Summarize films and blocks for festival program

  • Corresponding with filmmakers, keeping them in the loop and making travel arrangements (if necessary).

  • Handles Print and Traffic for all films

  • Obtaining and returning all required press and exhibition materials from filmmakers

  • Collecting headshot & bios from filmmakers for our program, website and social media

  • Manages projection staff hosting features and shorts program(s) the day of the festival

Special Events Coordinator

  • Research and secure all party venues

  • Coordinate closely with venue managers

  • Coordinate delivery to events with food/alcohol sponsors

  • Collect logos, ads and deliverables from our food/alcohol sponsors for our festival program & website

  • Correspond with performers and coordinate with stage staff

  • Manage front-of-house flow during all festival parties

Pitch Competition Assistant

  • Work closely with Pitch Competition Directors on coordinating orientation, meetings and deliverables.

  • Corresponding with finalists, jurors and mentors keeping them in the loop and making travel arrangements (if necessary).

  • Monitor competition schedule and report on finalist and mentor performances




Community Outreach Coordinator


  • Work with Sponsorship Director on liaising between sponsors, community partners, VIPs

  • Collect logos, deliverables from community partners and sponsors

  • Strategize and pair film programs & special events with community organizations

  • Outreach and correspond with community, government and young professional organizations

  • Maintain partnerships throughout the year, either through cross-promotions or co-presentations

  • Collect logos, ads and deliverables from our community partners for our Festival program & website




Box Office Coordinator


  • Manages daily box office operations by supervising Box Office assistants

  • Assist with ticketing and customer service

  • Preparing the daily cash deposit for the box office supervised

  • Reconcile daily sales

  • Update and troubleshoot the computerized ticketing system

  • Scheduling and organizing box office staff prior to events


Guest Services Coordinator

  • Work with Box Office Coordinator to create and organize accreditation for all selected filmmakers, VIP and their guests

  • Correspond with potential accredited guests and keep them in the loop

  • Assist with the coordination of hospitality needs for some filmmakers and/or industry guests

  • Respond to general inquiries and requests from guests and delegate via email and onsite during the Festival

  • Provide on-site assistance to guests during the Festival for pass pick-up, tickets and general questions


Volunteer Coordinator

  • Organize, coordinate and manage the recruitment of volunteers

  • Develop and implement training program for Volunteer Orientation day

  • Maintain and update our volunteer shifts, schedule and database

  • Manage all volunteer staff during the day of the festival

  • Create and implement a Volunteer Recognition party


Production Manager


  • Responsible for the successful operational and logistical execution of all festival events.

  • Strengthens infrastructure through detailed management of event operations and staff, and the development and maintenance of streamlined festival-logistics processes.

  • Manage all aspects of festival operations, collaborate with venue management to ensure smooth operational flow, assist Programming, Pitch Competition, Special Events coordinators in creation of Festival schedule.
